I've seen several people start using Formspring.me to have people ask them questions. So in an attempt to write more, I have signed up and even added a way to ask me questions right there on the side of my blog.

Our Doctor, who travels in time,

while taking us to the ends of time,
and exploring the lives of those famous and not.
Save us from evil both shiny & dark,
while laughing & smiling all day.

I made a confession tonight. I missed watching the Doctor Who special Planet of the Dead. So my friend Kira gave me penance of 27 'Our Doctors'. (Neither of us being Catholic added to my personal enjoyment of the moment.) So I looked and could not find one. I was shocked. How could there not be one within the top few Google hits that my phone displayed? I knew my real penance would be to write the 'Our Father' prayer for future generations. I am not a poet. I barely can string together sentences to make my Ramblings partially coherent. But pen to paper...OK thumb to keypad (I wrote it on my cell phone while I was watching Planet of the Dead tonight) I set out to make something that people might enjoy as well as learn some of the true meanings behind the stories of Doctor Who.

And there you have it, My Christmas Present to the world. Our Doctor.

It's Christmas time once again. It always seems to fall about this time of year. So to all of my loyal followers....ok there aren't any, but for you random people that wander onto this site to get out of the cold wilderness of the internet, Merry Christmas to you. May you have peace in your heart as well as in your spice rack. (I do hate when the garlic and dill argue.)

Congratulations Desert Bus

The Desert Bus for Hope charity drive raised $138,449.68 for Child's Play. Congratulations to the entire LoadingReadyRun crew on the great job.

Toothbrushes

I know I'm probably thinking this through a bit too much. I don't want to cause a panic, but I really think this is important news. That's why I am publishing this on one of the worlds least read blogs.

The toothbrush for years has been saving our teeth from destruction, but soon it could be scrambling our brains if we are not careful. Current advancements in teeth cleaning technology have brought us the affordable battery powered toothbrush, an amazing little tool that cleans your teeth quickly and efficiently.

Through some testing on my own, in the middle of the night after taking some cold medicine, a frightening discovery has shown its face. If the toothbrush were to oscillate at a resonant frequency of either the skull or the brain, a cascading vibration could be set off instantly causing a concussion or liquefaction of the brain.

I know this seems extreme, but my years of watching Star Trek & Doctor Who have taught me that cascading resonant vibrations can cause amazing amounts of damage in a very short time span. So be warned. The toothbrush that you picked up to help shave seconds off your morning, could be shaving years off your life.

Desert Bus

If you get a chance, stop by DesertBus.Org and make a donation. The poor sketch comedy troop is putting their remaining sanity on the line to raise money to help make the lives of sick children better.

LoadingReadyRun is a comedy troop that will put their lives on the line playing Desert Bus, a video game deemed to dangerous to be released from the dastardly minds of Penn & Teller. They will attempt to drive a bus from Tucson, Arizona to Las Vegas, Nevada at a maximum speed of 45mph. Its an 8 hour trip and the game cannot be paused. Also the steering is faulty so constant course corrections need to be made. But there are no turns and no scenery, much like the real road.

Last year they managed to raise over $70,000 for the Child's Play charity. Please help them make it another amazing success.
